Terms of service
These terms cover buying and using ShipSnag skills. They're written to be read. If something is unclear, email support@shipsnag.com.
What we sell
ShipSnag sells skills for AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Claude.ai, Cursor and Codex. A skill is a set of instructions and helper scripts that your agent reads and runs on your own machine. Each skill page says what that skill does. Prove It Works is free. The other skills, and the Ship Check bundle, are one-time purchases. All access is a yearly subscription.
Buying
- Checkout is run by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record and authorized reseller. When you pay, you buy from Dodo Payments, and Dodo's Buyer Terms also apply.
- Prices are in US dollars. Tax is added at checkout where it applies, based on where you are.
- Your download link arrives in the receipt email from Dodo Payments right after you pay. If it doesn't arrive within an hour, email support@shipsnag.com.
All access subscription
- All access gives you every ShipSnag skill, including new ones we release, for one year.
- It renews automatically every year at the current price, using the same payment method. If the price goes up, we'll email you before your renewal date.
- Cancel any time before it renews by emailing support@shipsnag.com, or from the Dodo Payments customer portal. Please cancel at least 48 hours before the renewal date so the cancellation goes through in time.
- If you cancel, you keep everything you've already downloaded. You just stop getting new skills when the year ends.
What you can do with a skill
- Use it on as many of your own projects as you like, personal or commercial.
- Change it to suit how you work.
- Don't resell it, share the files publicly, or redistribute them, changed or unchanged.
We keep the copyright in the skills. Buying one gives you a license to use it on the terms above.
Use your judgment
Skills guide an AI agent, and AI agents make mistakes. Review what your agent changes before you deploy or rotate anything. A skill doesn't replace a professional security review, and it can't guarantee your app is secure, error-free or cheap to run. You're responsible for what your agent does in your accounts and code.
Refunds
You can get a full refund within 7 days of buying, no questions asked. See the refund policy.
Warranty and liability
Skills are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. If something goes wrong, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid ShipSnag in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data, cloud bills or downtime. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
Other names on this site
ShipSnag is independent. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, OpenAI, Cursor, Vercel, Google, AWS, Stripe, Twilio, GitHub or any other company named on this site. Their names are used only to describe what the skills work with.
Changes and law
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you buy applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
